More Driving Test Frauds

Repeating stories here can get quite boring, but more fraud stories, like the one three weeks ago, are never boring.

This time, the Driving Standards Agency, Britains DMV, caught two people who took driving tests for other people. The two posed as their clients and took their test. However, they were not that good. Out of 35 tests, they only managed to pass 10 in one and a half years.

Now all there is to do is find the ten lucky people and take away their licenses. It's as simple as that.

Hypnotize Your Way to a Driver's License

Everyone feels stress when taking the driver's license test. For some people, it's simply too much, and they fail many times due to this pressure. Just for them, Shanat Kuphur wrote an article about coping this stress with hypnosis.

Hypnosis for Driving Test

Driving test is normally conducted as an examination for any person who wants to have a valid driving license. People who get through these tests are given the permission of driving on roads, as they are looked upon as good or capable behind the wheels. These tests are conducted for the safety of the drivers as well as the others that are travelling by road. So if a person cannot ride safely on roads he/she might not be able to have that license. It is not that a person that can ride well will get through these tests easily; in order to get through one has to control his driving tests nerves. It is seen in many people that they are unable to get the all important license just because they can't control their nerves. If one cannot control his/her nerves then he/she might lose the permission to drive on the roads.

Driving test nerves can be seen in people who are undergoing these tests for the first time, as it is common. The first experience is the one that can arouse the nerves; however a good test might result in overcoming those nerves. But if at all you fail in this driving test then there is a chance that your nerves might affect as an obstacle in getting your license. At times, your confidence fails and you are unable to get through the driving test because your nerves get the better of you.

Driving nerves are something that will keep increasing with every failure. So in order to get that license you have to get rid of those driving test nerves. The cause for these nerves could be due to the pressure of performing well in order to get the license. So if you have those nerves then you must go ahead and find an appropriate solution to get over them.

Driving nerves can be caused due to those negative thoughts, where you might assume that you won't be able to give a good test, and fearing a failure you might eradicate the thought of giving the all important test. Fear and worry will act negatively for you, so in order to remove those bizarre thoughts you should look for help that is related to the mental state. Now that you know that the problem lies within your mind, look for some treatment that is mind related. Is there any treatment better than hypnosis which can help you? The age old art of hypnosis will help your mind relax. Once this is done your mind will be taken to a subconscious state. The subconscious mind is able to eliminate the fear of loss, and the fear of worry. In short your negative thoughts are replaced with the all important positive ones.

Hypnosis treatment is easily available to you, in the form of mp3. You can download the contents from the Internet. This mp3 content can be used in the comfort of your home. Imagining how you can help yourself with this, it's easy this content will guide you to self hypnotizing and all the way to removing those negative thoughts. The next time you appear for that driving test you will no more fear, and this would mean that nerves will no more be a problem in your path to success in getting a valid license. So now that you know that the problem is not with your ability of driving but the ability of controlling those nerves, go ahead and control your nerves with the help of mp3 content.

The Sad Truck Case

Trucks are slow. This sentence is obvious to everyone on planet earth except truck drivers. They think their vehicles are the fastest on the road, so they don't have to move aside even if there are ten cars behind them.

In some places, a vehicle must clear the road if there are five or more vehicles behind it. I'm not sure if that's the case here as well, but I'll be glad if some truck drivers would at least apply this little law out of courtesy.

Sadly, as much as I know truck drivers here, the chance for such behavior is slim. All I can do is keep hoping.

Hope you had a merry Christmas,

Your Guide for Your Driving Test

If you liked last week's article, you'll probably like this one. As a Christmas present, I let myself write another self promoting article. Hey, my blog, remember?

Pass Your Driving Test - The Guide

If you are struggling to pass your license test, this article is for you! There were many like you before you and will be many after you. Some of them managed or will manage to take the test the first time, while others failed or will fail. Do you know that 60% of all candidates fail the driving test first time? This is because most driving instructors don't have the courage to tell their students everything about the test. After all, who would loose hundreds of dollars to help someone?

Well, if they are unable to help you the proper way, you now have a solution. It is called "Pass your Driving test" and was written by me. You will find absolutely everything you need to pass the test in this amazing book. You will know what the examiner wants from you and how you should react to a multitude of situations. Let's see what a reader has to say.

"Hello Nadav! I am actually going for a driving lesson today. Your book is SO much easier to understand than the government driving books. It is super helpful and I wish I'd found out about it before. Though I am an older "learner" I didn't find the book too "teenage" or anything. It's excellent for any new driver! Thank you for writing it!" - Coleen

And this is also my opinion after reading the book. If you really want to pass your road test, you should seriously consider this book. Not only will it save you money for all those extra driving lessons, but will also allow you to study from the warmth of your home or office. It is now very simple to pass the driving test with Nadav's new book! What can be easier than reading and learning everything you need to know about the test?

If you are looking to pass driving tests, you now have a cost- effective option: my guide, "Pass your Driving Test". It will help you pass the test first time without investing money and time in all those extra driving lessons.

Don't worry. Next week's article will not mention me at all.

Merry Christmas!

Once a Criminal, Always a Criminal

Gregory Gordon is a road criminal. In 1994 he was involved in a crash that caused the death of a policeman. He was jailed for nine years and his license was revoked for life.

But it seems like the law does not bother Gordon. Apparently, he was driving drunk when a deputy saw him. Since he refused to give a sobriety test, he was considered a drunk driver. He was charged with drunk driving, driving without a license, and refusing to submit a sobriety test. Definitely not the driver we want on the roads.

Hopefully he will not return to his driving in the near future. We don't need those drivers nearby.

Become a Taxi Driver

Some people dream about being superheros, and others dream about being taxi drivers. For those people, David Buster wrote a great guide.

Taxi School - Become a Taxi Driver

Attending a taxi school will be necessary if you live in or near New York City and want to become a taxi driver to earn a dependable living. When you go to taxi school and become a taxi driver in New York City, you can work part-time or full-time exploring one of the busiest cities in the world.

Becoming a taxi driver means you can earn as much as $300 a shift. However, this can only happen for you if you know how to get around the city the fastest ways. To learn your way around, you will need to take some training to be a taxi driver.

And when you are working, you can drive around Greenwich Village, Manhattan Island, Times Square or the downtown Manhattan financial district as well as other famous places. You are your own boss and your only job is to wait for people to hail you and then take them where they want to go. You will stay busy because people are always hailing taxicabs. New York City taxicab drivers generate over $2 billion a year in sales, not counting tips.

One of the best reasons for driving a yellow cab in NYC actually occurs when you are not driving. You do not have to ask for permission to take vacation time, instead, you just do it. This is because you work for yourself.

If you want to become a taxi driver, prepare to spend about $500 including fees and the minimum required classes at taxi school. To get your hack license, you will need to know your way around the city. You are required to take some classes in local geography so that you have the knowledge to navigate successfully.

Here is the deal. We all need to make a living and you are probably no exception. If you have rent coming up or if you are otherwise short of cash, all you need to do is put in a several shifts in your yellow cab.

And if you need some time to put your feet up for a while or take some time off as a New York City taxicab driver, you will have the freedom to do just this. Leave work and then come back as you want to, not beholden to any company or schedule. You are your own boss. It is a great way to work.

If you want to become a taxi driver, you will first need to pass the New York City Taxi Operators Exam. To study for the exam, you will need study materials from where you take your training.

To qualify and become a taxi driver, you need to be at least 19 years of age and have a relatively clean driving record. You also need a New York State Class E driving license. Licenses from Connecticut, Pennsylvania or New Jersey are also allowed as long as they are of a similar class. If you do not have one of these licenses, you need to visit the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and they will give you a New York State license.

You cannot have a probationary license if you want to be a cabbie. However, if your New York State drivers license is more than six months old, you can apply and take classes at a city approved taxi school so that you too can be a yellow cab driver.

When you become a taxi driver in the city, it is likely that you are going to meet interesting and famous people along with ordinary citizens. With this license, you can also drive any limousine or car service in New York City as well as the NYC yellow cab.

Get ready to become a taxi driver and be part of one of the most interesting jobs anywhere. And the money you will make can be most rewarding too.

Learn more about getting your hack license including schedules, fees and needed forms. David Lee Buster has the taxi drivers license and writes for the Master Cabbie Taxi School in New York City.

The last time I wrote about rain driving was the middle of November. Since then, rain has been a rare resource in the area, and except a few occasions, it was nearly unfelt. But yesterday it hit us, and it hit us hard.

Driving yesterday was nearly impossible. Luckily, I wasn't driving, I was only a passenger. I saw the conditions and said "Thank you" all the way. I really don't like rain driving. I am really impressed from the driver yesterday.

Hopefully I won't have much rain driving in the future. Rain is good, driving when it rains is not.

The Best Driving Guide

Well, this is a private blog. I can write anything here. A little bit of self promotion never hurt anyone. I'm sure it won't hurt you as well. Try to hold on, it's not that bad.

The Best Driving Guide You Will Ever Find

Before we see what the best driving guide will help you with, let's see why it is better to use it rather than taking all those extra driving lessons. First, a good driving guide must minimize the money and time spent on driving lessons. Driving instructors are paid by the hour and, as such, will voluntarily or even involuntarily try to delay you. They make more money and, even after 50 driving lessons, you are sometimes left unprepared. There are things these people do not want you to know about the driving test.

There is nothing the best driving guide will leave out. You will have access to valuable insight from people who took the test first time, learn tips and tricks that will help you when you are with the examiner, and see how other people made it. Over 60% of all students fail the driving test first time because they are not well prepared. This is, in part or in whole, the driving instructors' fault.

And this is where the best driving guide will make a difference. It will tell you everything your instructor failed or "forgot" to tell you. It will explain a lot of things, including the basic elements in your car, how to control your speed effectively, and how to handle roundabouts, traffic lights, and road crossings with ease. You also get the option of studying from the coziness of your home or office.

So why not save a lot of money and time with the best driving guide? Over 90% of the people that read the guide managed to pass the driving test first time. You can be one of them and the money you save can be used to buy a new car or insure the current one. Try it for yourself!
The best driving guide not only teaches you things your selfish driving instructor is hiding from you, it also provides invaluable information on how to take the driving test first time.

I don't know if my guide is THE best out there. I know it's one of the best. I saw the others and I saw the states' books. I know which are better.

Driving With a Suspended License

If you are ever caught driving drunk or under the influence of drugs, your license may be suspended. If you are caught driving with a suspended license, the consequences can be worse. Here is an article by Joseph Devine about this issue.

Driving With a Suspended License

When you are convicted of driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated (DUI/DWI), one of the many penalties that a state may issue is a license suspension. Typically, for your first DUI conviction, you will have your license suspended for no longer than six months. For subsequent convictions, you may be stripped of your driver's license for a year or more.

Most people rely on an automobile as their primary means of transportation. A suspended license can limit a person's mobility and make it difficult to commute to work or visit family and friends. While this may seem like an unreasonable hardship, it is better to make other driving arrangements, such as taking the bus or carpooling, than to risk being pulled over without a valid license. If you are caught driving with a suspended license from a DUI/DWI, you risk being penalized even further.

Suspended License Violation Penalties

Each state has its own penalties for drivers who are caught without a valid license, but most states will extend the period of the suspension and slap the offender with a hefty fine. Under Rhode Island law, penalties for driving on a suspended license are as follows:

First offense: 3 months additional suspension + $500 fine + at least 10 days in jail
Second offense: 6 months additional suspension + $500 fine + 6 months to 1 year in jail
Third offense: Felony charge + 1 year additional suspension + $1000 fine + at least 1 year in jail

Coping with Your License Suspension

Clearly, suspended license violations are taken seriously and can add months to your original penalty, not to mention the additional hefty fines. It is best to not risk being caught without a valid license. If you have been convicted of a DUI and penalized with a license suspension, consider using one of the many other modes of transportation available to you. If you are traveling within a couple of miles, try walking or biking to your destination, or look up a convenient bus route. You may find that you are able to save hundreds and even thousands of dollars that otherwise would be spent on gas.

If you have been arrested for driving with a suspended license, you face the possibility of extended suspension, fines, and jail time. Consider consulting with a DUI defense attorney immediately to review the options that are available to you so that you can regain your license.

Get Advice From People Who Passed

One of the smartest things to do whenever you learn something is going to a person with experience. The same goes for driving. You need someone who already passed to teach you, and you need someone who researched the field to know what to practice for. Here is an article I wrote about this topic.

Frightened by the Driving Test? Get Tips From Someone Who Already Passed the Test

If you are learning for your driving exam, you should know a few things about how this exam takes place and also about how driving instructors are ripping you off! First, let's start with the instructors. As you already know, they are paid per hour. This means it is in their best interest to make as many hours as possible. We are not saying they are deliberately doing this, but they are surely delaying your exam. There are a lot of extra lessons you are encouraged to take, even if you don't really need them. This is costing you money and time! So why not get tips from someone who already passed the test?

There are a lot of things your driving instructor does not tell you about the test. And if he does not tell you, who will? If you go to the test unprepared, how can you take it? This is why over 60% of the total number of students fail the test first time. Well, there is a way to get around this! Get tips from someone who already passed the test! By reading a detailed book about the test, you will be able to not only know what the examiner wants from you, but also anticipate his or her thoughts.

When you manage to get tips from someone who already passed the test you basically get an insight on what the test will actually be like. Most students are frightened and this causes them to make mistakes they would not otherwise do. These mistakes, in turn, cost them the test.

Get tips from someone who already passed the test and you should have no problems in taking it first time! Moreover, you should be able to take fewer driving lessons, thus minimizing the amount of money and time you spend.

To get the best results and take the driving test first time, get tips from someone who already passed the test. Driving instructors will not share this insight info with you because it would cost them hundreds of dollars!

Hope you learned something,

Unfortunately for all people who used his services, their licenses are now revoked. They will now have to take the test themselves.

Lower Your Driver's License Points

Many countries in the world use the point system when it comes to your driver's license. It means that every traffic violation adds a number of points to your license, and if you hit a certain number in a period of time, you are punished. However, there are a few ways to fight this system, or at least lower your points. Here's an article by Lance Esondi that explains this.

The Driver's License Point System - Protecting the Points You Have on Your License

In most states there is a driver's license point system. This means that as you get traffic infractions, violations, and tickets each of them have points. As you get more tickets you earn more points. Eventually you will hit the limit and lose your license.

One of the ways of protecting the points on your license is to drive more safely. This is the most obvious but it's a good idea for general safety of others and so you won't lose your license.

Some states allow a driver's defense class. Sometimes it can only be taken once while other states allow it to be taken once a year. If you have earned a significant number of points against your license, it's a good idea to look into classes that might lower your points.

You can also try for alternative punishments when you do get traffic violations. One very common one is traffic school. When getting a ticket ask for traffic school as an alternative. The reason this save points is because the ticket won't be counted against you at all.

If you are nearing the limit on your points and have some infractions that you need to deal with, then that's a good time to get a lawyer to help. It's better to pay serious money on a lawyer than lose your ability to drive.

Fighting your tickets is another way of keeping points off your record. There are many strong defenses that can be used to beat tickets in court.

Do you want to beat your speeding ticket and avoid fines?

Click here and visit http://c1spublishing.com/tickets/speeding-ticket-defense.html to learn strategies and methods to fight a ticket in court.

Use proven techniques to build a solid speeding ticket defense and win.

Of course, the best way not to be punished is driving legally. Perhaps a driving test guide can help you.

The Two Car Rule

Today I want to talk about something that really irritates me and teach you a valuable rule along the way. This is one of the most important driving rules of all time.

The two car rule says this: if one car passes you from the right, you may be driving too slowly. If two cars pass you from the right, change lanes, you're delaying traffic. Simple and elegant rule.

Too many people don't know about this rule, and this causes them to drive slowly on the left lane, which is the fast lane. With some more traffic IQ the would have realized that choosing the right lane is not a shame, it's the right thing to do.

The Advantages of Having a Driving Guide

Many people today learn how to drive with only their parents. There is nothing illegal with this, but they are missing some valuable information that their parents can't give them. Something that only a driving guide can. Here's an article I wrote about it.

What Are the Advantages of Having a Driving Guide?

Do you know that 60% of all soon-to-be drivers fail their driving test? Many people wonder why so many students fail the test and the answer is a little closer than you think. Driving instructors get paid by the hour right? If you learn to drive in just 5 hours, they are paid for 5 hours, which is not much at all. But if you learn to drive in 50 hours, they get paid 10 times as much. And this is a pretty large sum. So, the driving instructors have all the motives to delay you. This is why you need the advantages of having a driving guide.

There are also a lot of extra lessons most students take, although they don't really need them. In fact, the instructor will most definitely encourage you to take as many lessons as possible. After all, he is paid for them. One might say these people are stealing money right out of the palm of your hand. Are you curious what the advantages of having a driving guide are? Well, you will save money on your driving lessons and learn to drive faster than before.

The advantages of having a driving guide are a lot more than just speed and money. You will have the chance to see what examiners want to see in the test. You will also need fewer lessons than other students will. Who wants to loose time? By exploiting the advantages of having a driving guide, you will pass your test quickly and easily.

Since everyone wants to get their driving license as soon as possible, one of the advantages of having a driving guide is that you will pass the test from the first time. No more retries! You get your driving license fast and easy!

Driving instructors are paid by the hour and delay you from obtaining your driving license. Why not exploit the advantages of having a driving guide? Why not take the test from the first try and save a lot of money?

Hope you learned something,

A Warrant for Your Blood

Last week, the St. Clair County in Illinois went a bit far in their war against drunk drivers. From November 25 to November 29, judges could issue warrants for your blood or breath test.

The idea is good: if someone refuses to take a breath test, a judge can force you to do so. The state's attorney can obtain such a warrant and force a suspect to give blood.

As nice as this sounds, to me it goes a little too much into people's privacy. I know it's about protecting the public, but the public should also be safe from needle warrants and intrusive tests without permission.

What do you think? I'll be glad to read your comments.
