As far as I know, I live in the Northern Hemisphere of earth. However, the last few days made me unsure about this fact.
We had really tropical weather here in the last days. Very hot days followed by rain. Usually rain is nothing to complain about, but rain in April here is very, very weird.
Hopefully this weird weather will go away and we will have 25°C here all summer long.

Becoming Better After Passing
Passing the driving test is not the end of your driving career - it's just the beginning. Because of that, you have to become a better driver after you pass your test. Here is an article I wrote about this issue.
How To Become A Better Driver After Passing Your Driving Test
A lot of people usually do struggle enough when they try their best to get their driving licenses. You will find that people spend so much time trying to go through all the written test, practice a lot of do a lot of consultation and research. However, once they manage to pass their driving test, they tend to go to the resting mode. In this article, I would really like to bring out the fact that getting your license after passing the test is not really the end. In fact, it is actually the beginning. For this reason, you will still need to do a lot of practice in order to become an even better driver. Here are some three tips that will definitely go along way in helping you out on this particular task.
1. Practice In Free Areas
The first thing that you should do is to make sure that you practice in the areas that are free. Try out the open spaces and be thorough there before venturing into the road. Despite the fact that the examination that you will take when applying for your license will be exhaustive, it is really nothing compared to the real-life situation of competing with vehicles that are on a hurry and fighting for space with ambulances and police cars. You therefore would definitely want to be very proficient off the road before going forth to spend a lot of your time on the road.
2. Drive With An Experienced Driver
The second thing that you should do if at all you would like to become proficient in your driving is to make sure that you drive with a proficient driver in your car. This is because as a driver, you may find yourself in a tough situation once in a while where you really do not know what you should do. To ensure that you do not end up being messed up and getting yourself involved in accidents.
3. Perfect On The Traffic Rules And Signs
As people get accustomed to driving, they tend to forget the basic rules and the signs that are on the road. For this reason, they may chance upon some uncommon but very important sign on a remote road, and fail to understand which it means. If you want to become an excellent driver, it is important that you perfect your knowledge of all the signs and traffic rules that are available to you.
Getting your drivers license is not that hard. If you would like to pass your driving test without trying so hard, you should get yourself this amazing driving test guide.
Hopefully this article will help you,

Deadly Pass
Sometimes people shouldn't get a driver's license, but this is discovered only after they pass. For example, a British teenager passed his driving test, and a few hours later hit a motorist.
The new driver apparently lost control over his car and hit the motorist in a central intersection. The motorist suffers from serious head injuries.
Hopefully everything will be OK for the motorist. The teenager should wait a few more years until he can hold a license.

Discounted Temporary Car Insurance
Temporary car insurance is a very useful tool - you activate it only for a short period of time, so you are charged only for the time you are actually driving. However, this insurance is usually more costly than usual insurance. Here is an article by Michael Bainbridge that will help you make this insurance cheaper.
Depending where you live in the world, you might have heard of price comparison websites. Here in the UK we are very familiar with them and millions of people use them to compare prices of all sorts of things, and car insurance is one of the popular things people use them for.
Temporary car insurance quotes can vary between companies because different insurance companies judge the risk in different ways. As you probably know, a lot depends upon your own personal circumstances, and the type of car you want to insure as well as the number of days you want cover. There are many people who need cover for just a few days while they're changing cars, or need to borrow a car at short notice. Trouble is, because you need the temp car insurance pretty quickly, you tend to buy with haste, and settle for the first quote you get offered. This is a big mistake. You should make some enquiries now, when you don't need it so you have an idea of the costs involved for when you do need it.
Comparison websites are the answer, and offer an excellent service and literally save you hours and hours of making individual calls to companies, or typing your details into individual websites to get separate quotes. Why should you do that, when these sites will do all the hard work? The quick answer is that you shouldn't.
These comparison sites receive a commission when customers buy car insurance through one of their links. I asked a few of my friends who use these sites whether they went on to buy a service through these links and they all said they did. In fact, they had no idea that they were in effect, affiliate links. They simply assumed that the link was the only way to access the offer that the comparison site had displayed.
By using these sites to your advantage you can save yourself money and get a discount on your temporary car insurance. Here's how.
You enter your details into the comparison site and run a search. The results will usually sorted by price so look at the cheapest couple. Visit their websites by clicking through the links the comparison site give you, but do not buy at this time. When you get to the sites, find a telephone number because you want to speak to someone who deals with phone quotes.
Give them a call and ask for a quote, and explain you are a new customer seeking temporary car insurance and say their company was recommended by a friend. What ever quote they give you, tell them it's too high. Explain you've made some comparisons and can get it cheaper. Throw some numbers around 10% less than their quote at them, and drop a couple of insurance company names into the conversation. They will usually match that lower figure. They are very keen to get your business so 9 times out of 10 you will get a discount.
Remember, they were already prepared to give the comparison site a commission anyway, so by you calling them direct, they don't have to make that commission payment, which means there is some room for them to discount your quote. You can also remind them of that fact.
