Shiny Traffic Lights

Something happend to traffic lights on the main road near me, something good. Finally, after years that their lights were nearly invisible in the sun, the traffic light company replaced them with shiny lights.

What's the difference? Well, a lot. Now even when I drive with the sun in my face I can tell the light. Before that I could only tell the light for sure at night or less than a kilometer away from the intersection. Not really safe.

I hope this trend continues with all traffic lights around here. That will be a really good change.
