Archie Scott, a 92-year-old pensioner from Scottland, is the oldest man to ever pass the advanced driving test. After 75 years of driving (since 1935!), he can really call himself an advanced driver.
The director of policy and research in the IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists) said that old people have a lower rate of accidents than their rate in the driving population, and said "congratulations" on this huge achievement.
What can I add to that? Perhaps just a "WOW!"
