Bad Driver? Back to School

Florida drivers beware - starting this year (started already), drivers who are charged with in-fault crashes in a three year period will go back to driving school until they pass a state approved course and a drivng test.

Yes, a new driving test. Apparently, if someone causes three crashes, he or she is not eligible to be on the road. People go on the roads for years without a single crash, so three crashes in three years is definitely outside the statistic probabilty.

Hopefully this move will take the bad drivers off the roads. Until they pass again.
