New Zealand, usually a quiet place, is raging with drugged drivers. Apparently, despite all measures taken against such occurances, New Zealanders are still driving under the influence of drugs.
The Automobile Association is calling for new measures against drugged drivers, including road-side saliva testing.
Don't dose and drive!
