Our society relies on computers for many tasks, and sometimes this reliance leads to halting of important procedures because computers are stuck. That's exactly what happened to Connecticut's DMV.
A computer problem is preventing DMV's around the state to issue licneses, but other services are working well (except written tests).
Hopefully this will be solved soon, so Connecticut's citizens will be able to drive and become licensed drivers again.
