Below the Speed Limit

Driving on two way roads with one lane going in each direction can easily turn into a nightmare. I'm not talking about driving behind trucks (which usually let you pass), but about regular car drivers who just don't find the speed limit appropriate.

For example, I was driving on a road with a speed limit of 80 km/h (about 50 mph). Ahead of me there was a car driver going at just 65 km/h. It made me nearly insane. How someone can be so ignorant and drive below the speed limit?

Hopefully these drivers will soon learn that driving below the speed limit is not the smartest thing to do.
