Last Wednesday, a Pennsylvania teenager proved that he doesn't deserve his license. What he did was very simple. He crashed into the driving test center right after he finished his test.
Ironicly, the crash happened when he was pulling over to let the examiner off the car. My guess is that he didn't pass.
Tough luck. Better luck (and high insurance rates) next time.
