Mileage

After almost two months, the western part of my trip is now over. After replacing two cars and adding their mileage, the total adds up to over 8,000 miles driven.

It may not sound too much for some people, but after one year with my own car back home I could get the odometer to a little over 8,000 miles, meaning I drove my yearly distance in under two months.

I wonder which distance cost more, the American one with cheap gas and high rental price or my own car with very expensive gas and a relatively small licensing fee.
