The first of June is a very special date for me. Not because it's the first day of June, but because it's the day I passed my first driving test in California.
I remember it like it was yesterday. At 2pm the examiner introduced himself, asked me to show the hand signals and point to the parking brake and told me to start and turn right at the DMV exit.
Exactly fifteen minutes later I returned to the DMV, and he told me I passed. I had six minor errors, but they were minor enough to let me pass.
