Last week I was driving around, and suddenly I saw smoke coming from the barrier between the two sides of the road. As I moved ahead I saw a car that smashed into the fence. The driver was OK, and he stepped outside the car. Then I moved along and passed the intersection.
A minute after that I saw the exact same driver with the same car overtaking me at an extremely high speed, and driving in a very confused way.
I guess that's why he found himself in the fence in the first place. Such drivers shouldn't be on the road.
