The DMV handbook isn't always useful. For example, look at Nathan. He passed his permit test, but when his father takes him out for a drive, he asks too many questions that he should know the answer to.
This video was uploaded at the end of September, so Nathan still has a long way to go until he gets his license. Hopefully he'll be less nervous and go over 20 mph by the time he takes the test.
