It's a repeating topic, but it's always exciting: the rain is back, big time. As you know, rain is not a common sight here, and we're always excited when it finally shows up.
However, there is also the usual downside. Since there has been a long dry spell, the roads are dangerous. Even more, when it actually rains, the speed drops and driving times become longer.
Even though it's not all positive, the rain is a sure sign of a good winter.
