Fail in School? Don't Drive

The Carroll County Comet reports about a very interesting way to keep students in classes with high grades. It's very simple: if a student fails a class - he can't drive to or from school. Simple, but brilliant.

This plan can be implemented at every school that has a good enough access without a car, like city schools. If students rely solely on cars, they can't be banned from using them, or this smart incentive won't work at them.

Once again, brilliant.
