Deadly Driving Tests

An Indian student 25 years old just rode his bike near the RTO (the Indian DMV). He didn't know that this will lead to him being killed by someone who is about to take his driving test.

Sanjeev Kumar Jha drove his borrowed Toyota Innova to the RTO in order to take his driving test. According to him, he made a U-turn, saw the victim, stepped on the brakes, but the car didn't stop in time.

I really don't know what happened in there, but it seems really weird. Unless the victim was in almost zero distance from Jha, it seems pretty hard to believe this story.

The police investigation will tell us the truth.
