Apparently, the Toyota recall damaged more than the image of Toyota. It also damaged Emily Harris' chances of getting a license before giving birth in April.
Harris, a pregnant teenager, only wanted to pass her driving test and become a qualified driver before her baby arrives. However, the DSA disagreed to conduct the test, saying that Toyotas are not safe. They completely ignored the fact that her Toyota was not in the recall list.
