No More DUIs

Manatee and Sarasota prosecuters will soon face difficulties using breath-test results to determine whether someone is drunk or not. Why? Because people want to have a look at the code of the machines that determine whether someone is drunk or not.

If their claim is accepted, many defendants at DUI trials could escape the punishment by claiming that the test results are inaccurate. Needless to say, this could bring a serious problem to Florida's battle against drunk driving.

Don't drink and drive, even if the computer can make a mistake.
