Passing is definitely the most dangerous maneuver a driver can make. I am not talking about overtaking another vehicle in a road with multiple lanes going each way, but a road with one lane going each way. Hundreds of people die because of wrong passing, and thousands are injured. Here is a video by the California DMV that will help you gain some insight about the dangers of this maneuver.
